I have 13 years of experience working in the field of addiction with adults, teenagers, and families. I hold a BA degree (cum laude) in Psychology and Criminology and a BA Honours degree in Social Sciences specialising in Addictions.

I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology, to support sustainable recovery.

Sessions are offered online in English.
